Color Throwdown challenge #338

Wow, it's been a week for challenges!  Here's another for Color Throwdown #338...

One of my favourite abstract stamp sets is Six Sided Sampler and I thought it would be perfect for this challenge.

Welcome to "Saturday Step Up" with a side step today with some of the same products on 2 different styles of cards.

I used a clean and crisp style on the left with a more vintage feel on the right.
The same products used were:

Blendabilities .... a background technique!

A friend showed me this technique that I believe is from Split Coast Stampers.   Forgive me as I don't know the originator.

But it was lots of fun!

I coloured a plastic baggie with a variety of colours, then spritz'd with rubbing alcohol to have the colours bleed, and finally placed cardstock over the blended colour.

I used:

• "Butterfly Basics" stamp set (w-138813,c-138816,ph-137154)
• Blendabilities markers
• Vellum cardstock
• Distressing tool
• Rhinestones
