ColourQ - 338

Since returning with a wicked cold from SLC, I need a boost to my mojo so I'm doing the challenge today at ColourQ.

I really like the colour combo on the butterflies!!!   I incorporated the gold with the gold sequins as 'bodies' and embossed gold background!

I used:

• "Watercolor Wings" stamp set (ph-139424)
• new "Love & Affection" stamp set (ph-141545)
• Bold Butterfly framelits (138135)
• Butterflies thinlits (137360)
• Bitty Butterfly punch (129406)
• metallic sequins
• gold embossing powder

I'm back in the land of the living.....

I rarely get sick but when I do...Whoa ... it puts me right out!   Thank goodness I woke up today somewhat back to normal and eager for a challenge!

A new 3-3-10 class for August!

I love the colour combo from Colour Throwdown last week and based my upcoming 3-3-10 class in August on that combo:  Calypso Coral, Blushing Bride, Wild Wasabi and Black.

What's '3-3-10'?   My mid month card class where we make '3' cards for '$10' and learn '3' ways to do use a colour, tool, technique, etc.

I embossed the butterflies with Iridescent Ice for lots of shine!
