A special birthday!

Last week at my Weight Watcher's meeting I had a request for a special 90th birthday card that was delicate, pastel and feminine with some sparkle.   I think I did a pretty good job... tomorrow I find out ....

MM160 - Marque Messages....

Welcome to "Manly Monday" and today I've got another sneak peek at a bold and fun new stamp set Marque Messages!

I gold embossed the 'AWESOME' and used Wink of Stella in gold to give some 'shine' to the card.  Also used some of the great out-going In Colors - Blackberry Bliss and Tangelo Twist!

MM157 - A serene moment....

Welcome to "Manly Monday"!  I've created a hopefully calming and loving sympathy card for my husband to send to his family in Australia on the death of a favourite Aunt.   So it's a bit of a twist on "Manly Monday" as the sender instead of the receiver.

I've used a 2-way mask technique to create the duck image and background swirl.  Can you see how??
