It might be hard to see in the photo but I did a little bit of 'paint embossing' on the white balloon. I used a variety of embossing powders to create the multi-coloured effect!
I used:
- colour combo - Crushed Curry, Island Indigo, Brushed Gold
- "Celebrate Today" stamp set (137138)
- Balloon Framelits (137362)
- Embossing powders - Blushing Bride, Gold, Pool Party, Crushed Curry
- Birthday Bash Designer Washi Sheets (137788)
