Let us celebrate....

Working on designs for next month's 3-3-10 class, I really like how this card turned out... one of those 'whoa...yes' moments...

I used:

• Balloon Bouquet punch (140609)
• Corrugated paper (138317)
• Candy dots
• Metallic Baker's Twine - silver
